Deadline for filing a notice of appeal is January 31, 2019. The assessed value is an estimate of the market value for your property. An increase in your assessment does not necessarily man an increase in your property taxes. Property tax changes are generally impacted by your assessment's change relative to your taxing juristiction's average asessment change for your properyty class.
